Auctions - On Site

We are well known for organising & conducting auctions  in  situ. This is generally the easiest way to sell 'Everything'. It saves double and triple handling & usually realizes the best possible dollar outcome for our client(s). This method works best for deceased estates, business closures and larger properties that have been sold. Our attention to detail means that we would be on site for approximately 1 week prior to auction sorting, presenting & cataloguing all items. A 'Clearing Sale' is generally a once in a lifetime experience and therefore we pride ourselves on the care and respect we put into selling our clients possessions

Auctions - In House

Currently we have 2 auction rooms that we conduct regular auctions in. Both located at Woodend Victoria, our premises allow us to cater for all types of items, specializing mainly in collectables, antiques, tools & machinery. Our auctions are usually scheduled 3 months in advance to allow for proper promotion & presentation

The Shop Next Door & Online Sales

Our antique & homewares shop just started to get up and running prior to the pandemic.
There are currently no plans to reopen in the coming months (NOV 2021)

Valuations

Valuations are often required for legal purposes, financial prudency, insurance or self affirmation. We can provide written valuations to satisfy all needs.

Steve Graham is accredited by the Auctioneers & Valuers Association of Australia as a Valuer and has been doing formal valuations for many years.
